Adagio合同会社（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリケーションサービスにおける個人情報の取り扱いを定めます。

対象は Writer、Reader、UMP、Focaccia、FactSpot、Simbion、UTAR、Hyper Dashboard の8つです。取得する情報はサービスごとに違うため、共通の取り扱いを先に示し、そのあとにサービスごとの違いを示します。

取得する情報

すべてのサービスに共通して、次の情報を取得します。

ログインを伴うサービスでは、Google アカウントから得られるメールアドレスと表示名を取得します。パスワードは当社では保持しません。

本サービスは共通のアカウント基盤を使っています。この基盤の ID は、業務用のサービスでは「Adagio ID」、読者向けの道北のサービス（UTAR とその連携サービス、道北ライフ）では「道北ライフID」と表示します。2026年10月4日までは「UTAR ID」と呼んでいました。メールアドレスから一方向に導いた文字列を共通の識別子とし、サービスをまたいで同じ利用者であることを判別できるようにしています。これにより、1つのアカウントで複数のサービスを利用でき、当社の側では、同じ方の利用状況をサービスをまたいで結び付けられる状態にあります。この結び付けは、サービスの提供と、上記の利用目的の範囲でのみ行います。

サービスの利用に伴って生じる操作の記録（作成、保存、公開、送信などの履歴）を取得します。

閲覧状況の統計を Google Analytics で取得します。個人を特定する形では扱いません。

サービスごとに取得する情報

Writer

記事の内容、チャンネルの設定、ニュースレターの購読者名簿（メールアドレスと配信状態）、送ったメールの開封とクリックの記録を取得します。購読者名簿は、そのチャンネルを運営する事業者のものとして扱います。当社が営業のために使うことも、他へ渡すこともありません。

LINE 公式アカウント「Writer /On The Front」から下書きを送る場合は、LINE のユーザー ID、連携したときの LINE の表示名、送られた文章と写真を取得します。これらは Writer の下書きを作るためだけに使います。写真は保存するときに位置情報などの撮影情報（EXIF）を取り除きます。LINE の利用者とメディアのつながりは、連携コードを送った時点で記録し、つながりを解くまで保存します。

Reader

選んだ情報源、クリップした記事、既読の記録、関心の推定に用いる操作の履歴を取得します。記事の本文は保持しません。抜粋と元記事へのリンクだけを持ちます。

UMP

記事の内容と、公開先の設定を取得します。

Focaccia

各窓口に送信された内容を取得します。項目は窓口ごとに設定され、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、自由記述などを含みます。

連投を防ぐため、送信元の IP アドレスは、日ごとに変わる値と組み合わせてハッシュ化した文字列としてのみ扱います。元の IP アドレスは保存しません。

FactSpot

調べた内容とその結果を取得します。有料での利用については決済に関する記録を取得します。

Simbion

分析のために利用者が投入したデータを取得します。

UTAR

登録情報、プロフィール、投稿、参加の記録を取得します。連携するサービスでは、そのサービスの提供に必要な範囲で写真や位置情報を取得することがあります。

LINE 公式アカウント「道北ライフ.studio」から投稿する場合は、LINE のユーザー ID、連携したときの LINE の表示名、送られた文章と写真、操作の記録（公開・取り下げなど）を取得します。写真は保存するときに位置情報などの撮影情報（EXIF）を取り除きます。LINE の利用者とお店のチャンネルのつながりは、連携コードを送った時点で記録し、つながりを解くまで保存します。

Hyper Dashboard

監視の対象として登録されたサイトの情報と、その応答の記録を取得します。

利用目的

サービスの提供と、利用する方の確認のために利用します。

サービスの改善、不具合の把握、不正な利用の防止のために利用します。

同意をいただいた範囲で、お知らせやニュースレターの配信のために利用します。

個人を特定しない形での統計的な分析のために利用します。

これら以外の目的では利用しません。目的を追加する場合は、あらかじめこのポリシーを改定して示します。

第三者への提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者へ提供しません。

サービスの運営に必要な範囲で、次の外部サービスへ取り扱いを委託します。いずれも当社の指示の範囲でのみ取り扱われます。

Google（ログインの認証、アクセス解析。Writer で記事の文案を作るときは、送られた文章を Gemini に渡します）。Supabase（データの保管）。Vercel および Cloudflare（配信の基盤）。Resend（メールの配信）。Stripe（有料での利用がある場合の決済）。GitHub（記事をリポジトリへ公開する設定にしている場合の保管先）。Anthropic（文章の整形と要約。UTAR で投稿の文案を作るときに、送られた文章を渡します。Anthropic の API の利用条件により、渡した内容はモデルの学習に使われません）。LY Corporation（LINE 公式アカウントでのメッセージの送受信）。Slack（運営者への通知。投稿の題やチャンネル名を含みます）。

決済の処理は Stripe が行い、当社はクレジットカード番号を保持しません。

データの保管場所

データベースはサービスごとに分かれており、保管しているリージョンは次のとおりです。

Writer、Reader、FactSpot、Simbion、Hyper Dashboard は東京（ap-northeast-1）です。UMP、Focaccia、UTAR はシドニー（ap-southeast-2）です。

配信の基盤（Vercel、Cloudflare）は、その仕組み上、世界各地の拠点を経由して配信します。

国外への移転

上記のとおり、一部のデータはシドニーに保管しています。また、委託先の一部は日本国外に本拠を置いています。これらへの移転にあたっては、各社が定める標準契約条項またはこれと同等の保護の措置に依拠します。

保存する期間

サービスの利用が続いているあいだ保存します。

アカウントの削除をお申し出いただいた場合、法令で保存が求められるものを除き、お申し出から30日以内に削除します。バックアップに残るものは、その世代交代に従って順に消えます。

Focaccia の窓口に届いた回答は、窓口ごとに設定した期間を過ぎたときに削除します。

有料での利用に関する記録は、税務に関する法令に従い、最長で7年間保存することがあります。

Google Analytics の記録は、同サービスの設定に従って保存されます。

Cookie とアクセス解析

ログインの状態を保つためと、アクセス解析のために Cookie を使います。ブラウザの設定で無効にできますが、その場合はログインを伴う機能が使えなくなります。

安全管理

取り扱う権限を必要な者に限っています。通信を暗号化し、保管先へのアクセスを制限しています。取り扱いを委託する外部サービスについては、その安全管理の水準を確認しています。

お子さまの利用

当社のサービスは、事業や仕事での利用を前提としており、13歳未満の方の利用を想定していません。13歳未満の方の登録であることが分かった場合、そのアカウントを削除します。

ご本人の権利

保有している個人データについて、開示、内容の訂正・追加・削除、利用の停止、第三者への提供の停止をご請求いただけます。下記の窓口からお申し出ください。ご本人であることを確認したうえで、法令に従って対応します。

法令の変更やサービスの変更に応じて、このポリシーを改定することがあります。改定した場合は、改定後の内容と日付をこのページに掲載します。

Who we are

Adagio, LLC. (Representative: Hirokatsu Ohigashi), 214 Kyoeicho, Shimokawa, Kamikawa District, Hokkaido, Japan.

Scope

This policy applies to all eight of our application services: Writer, Reader, UMP, Focaccia, FactSpot, Simbion, UTAR and Hyper Dashboard. We do not maintain a separate privacy policy for any individual service.

What we collect

Where a service requires sign-in, we obtain the email address and display name from your Google account. We never hold your password.

Our services share a single account layer. Its ID is shown as "Adagio ID" in our business services and as "Dohoku Life ID" in our reader-facing services in northern Hokkaido (UTAR, its connected services and Dohoku Life). It was called "UTAR ID" until 4 October 2026. We derive a one-way value from your email address and use it as a common identifier, so that one account works across our services. This means we are able to associate your activity across services. We do so only to provide the services and for the purposes stated below.

We record the actions you take in a service (creating, saving, publishing, sending) and collect aggregate usage statistics through Google Analytics, which we do not use to identify individuals.

Each service also collects what it needs to work: article content and newsletter subscriber lists (Writer); when sending drafts through the LINE Official Account "Writer /On The Front", your LINE user ID, your LINE display name at the time of linking, and the text and photos you send, used only to create Writer drafts, with camera metadata (EXIF, including location) removed from photos when stored, and the link between your LINE account and a medium kept until it is removed (Writer); chosen sources, clips and read state, but never the full text of articles (Reader); article content and publishing settings (UMP); whatever a given form asks for, which may include name, email, phone number and free text (Focaccia); queries and results, plus payment records for paid use (FactSpot); data you submit for analysis (Simbion); registration details, profile, posts and participation records, and in connected services photos or location where that service needs them (UTAR); when posting through the LINE Official Account "道北ライフ.studio", your LINE user ID, your LINE display name at the time of linking, the text and photos you send, and records of actions such as publishing and withdrawal, with camera metadata (EXIF, including location) removed from photos when stored, and the link between your LINE account and a shop's channel kept until it is removed (UTAR); registered sites and their responses (Hyper Dashboard).

For Focaccia, we never store the raw IP address of a submission. We only keep a hash of it combined with a value that changes daily, used solely to limit repeated submissions.

Why we use it

To provide the services and verify who is using them. To improve them, understand faults and prevent misuse. To send announcements and newsletters within the scope of your consent. To produce statistics that do not identify individuals. We use it for nothing else. If we add a purpose, we will amend this policy first.

Sharing and processors

We do not provide personal data to third parties without your consent, except where the law requires it. We entrust processing to Google (authentication, analytics; in Writer, the text you send is passed to Gemini to draft an article), Supabase (data storage), Vercel and Cloudflare (delivery), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), GitHub (where a service is configured to publish to a repository), Anthropic (text formatting and summarisation; in UTAR, the text you send is passed to it to draft a post, and under Anthropic's API terms it is not used to train models), LY Corporation (sending and receiving messages through LINE Official Accounts), and Slack (notifications to operators, including post titles and channel names). Payments are handled by Stripe; we never hold card numbers.

Where data is held

Writer, Reader, FactSpot, Simbion and Hyper Dashboard are stored in Tokyo (ap-northeast-1). UMP, Focaccia and UTAR are stored in Sydney (ap-southeast-2). Delivery platforms serve content from points of presence worldwide.

Some data is therefore held outside Japan, and some processors are based outside Japan. Such transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses each provider offers, or equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

For as long as you use the service. If you ask us to delete your account, we do so within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep something; copies in backups disappear as those backups rotate. Form responses in Focaccia are deleted once the retention period set for that form has passed. Records relating to paid use may be kept for up to seven years under tax law. Google Analytics data is retained according to that service's own settings.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and for analytics. You can disable them in your browser, but sign-in will then not work.

Security

We limit access to those who need it, encrypt traffic, and restrict access to our stores. We check the security practices of the processors we use.

Children

Our services are intended for business use and are not designed for anyone under 13. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we will delete it.

Your rights

You may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of provision to third parties, in relation to the personal data we hold about you. Please use the contact form below. We will verify your identity and respond as the law requires.
